Terms of use
The rules for using the platform. Account holders accept them on first sign-in.
The rules for using the platform. They are not your work rules: how a site is reported and who approves what is decided by your company.
1.What this platform is for
For your company's work: site reports, scheduling, documents and whatever your administrator has enabled. It is not a personal tool.
2.Your account is yours and is not shared
Everything done with it is recorded under your name. That matters more than it seems: an approved site report has contractual effect, so an approval signed with your account commits you. If you think someone else has used it, tell your administrator.
3.What you upload
Site data. Do not upload personal data the work does not need: the less there is, the less to protect and the less that can be lost.
4.Photographs may show people
Upload them when the report needs them and avoid close-ups that add nothing. A photograph of someone's face is personal data even if it was taken on site.
5.Activity is recorded, and what for
Sign-ins and changes to people's data are kept in a record that cannot be modified or deleted, not even from the server. It exists to show what happened if something goes wrong, not to measure your performance.
6.Who can remove your access
Your company, which owns the account and the data. GRATOX only carries out what they decide. If your access is closed, ask your company why.
7.Who to write to
If something in the tool is broken, or you have questions about these rules, write to GRATOX. To find out what data is held about you, or to correct or delete it, write to your company: the data is theirs and GRATOX cannot answer for it.
